Thrive in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that all maintenance activities across the park are meticulously planned, executed, and delivered with utmost efficiency.

Your role will be pivotal in enhancing the effectiveness of maintenance, inventory, and cleaning service operations by coordinating with various internal teams and acting as their internal contractor to guarantee that tasks are completed by the Maintenance and Cleaning Services Teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and assess work requests
  • Schedule and delegate tasks
  • Manage job processes
  • Oversee stock and asset management
  • Handle mobile device management (if applicable)
  • Communicate with internal clients, contractors, manufacturers, insurers, and suppliers
  • Manage the Goods In process
  • Oversee contractor relations
  • Foster effective communication among all team members
