As a key member of our Facilities Team, you will...

Thrive in a fast-paced setting, ensuring that all maintenance tasks across the park are planned, executed, and delivered in the most effective and efficient manner.

Your role will involve enhancing the efficiency of maintenance, inventory, and cleaning service operations by coordinating with internal teams and acting as their internal contractor to guarantee that tasks are completed by the Maintenance and Cleaning Services Teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and assess work requests
  • Schedule and assign tasks
  • Manage job processes
  • Oversee stock and asset management
  • Handle mobile device management (if applicable)
  • Communicate with internal customers, contractors, manufacturers, insurers, and suppliers
  • Manage the Goods In process
  • Oversee contractor relations
  • Ensure effective communication with all team members

  • Strong proficiency in computer and IT systems.
  • Proven track record in previous administrative roles
  • Ability to present information confidently at all levels
  • A strong service orientation towards both 'Owners' and internal customers
