Position Overview

Regin Construction Services Limited is in search of a proficient Civil Engineering Project Coordinator to enhance our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing intricate projects within the heavy civil engineering domain, particularly focusing on groundwork and pipeline systems.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be tasked with the oversight of a major water treatment facility and associated infrastructure initiatives. The Project Coordinator will ensure the effective execution of the project while maintaining adherence to established timelines, budgetary constraints, and quality benchmarks.

  • Direct and supervise all stages of the project, encompassing planning, design, construction, and final commissioning.
  • Facilitate collaboration among multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, contractors, and various stakeholders.
  • Efficiently manage project finances, schedules, and resources.
  • Address and resolve any challenges or disputes that may arise throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Compile and deliver regular progress updates to senior management and clients.
  • Adopt best practices and innovative strategies to enhance project results.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of an HNC in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Project Coordinator in heavy civil engineering projects, especially in water treatment and reinforced concrete structures.
  • A solid technical foundation with a comprehensive understanding of engineering principles and construction methodologies.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
  • A valid driver's license.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package of up to £75,000 annually, along with a company vehicle or an equivalent daily rate of £350.
