We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Principal Civil Engineer to join our team at BakerHicks. As a key member of our Civil and Structural department, you will be responsible for providing leadership and technical expertise to large project teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality civil and structural designs that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage large project teams, ensuring the successful delivery of civil and structural designs
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with business quality and management systems
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and project teams
  • Contribute to the development of the Civil and Structural department's capabilities and expertise
Requirements
  • Chartered Civil/Structural Engineer (CEng MICE/MIStructE)
  • Proven experience in leading and managing large project teams
  • Strong technical knowledge of civil design and construction
  • CSCS Card
  • SC clearance (or eligible)
  • Full Clean Current UK Driving Licence
