Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Doorperson to join our Guest Experience team. As a Doorperson, you will be responsible for providing a luxurious first impression, greeting and assisting guests and visitors at their arrival and departure, helping with luggage and chauffeurs, directing them and providing information about the hotel and the surrounding area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service to guests and visitors, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
  • Assist with luggage and chauffeurs, and provide information about the hotel and surrounding area.
  • Work closely with all departments across the hotel to maximize efficiency and communication.
  • Solve problems and suggest alternatives to ensure maximum guest satisfaction and experience.
  • Be available to work late evenings and weekends, and be flexible with tasks and responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Experience in a luxury/lifestyle restaurant or bar or 5* luxury hotel operation.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively and work under pressure.
  • Great attention to detail and genuine passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Charisma, individuality, and positive energy.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking with guests, colleagues, and senior leadership team.
