Job Title: Doorperson

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Doorperson to join our Raffles London at The OWO team. As a Doorperson, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences, managing the public areas of the hotel, and ensuring that all guests and colleagues have a positive and memorable stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Experience: Promote positive colleague relations through an environment that encourages open communication, trust, mutual respect, and continuous feedback.
  • Communication: Be an effective communicator, adhering to both legal/statutory responsibilities and Company Policies and procedures.
  • Guest Management: Assist with managing guest experience throughout the guest journey.
  • Teamwork: Communicate with staff and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Relationship Building: Build and develop good relationships with colleagues and guests.
  • Time Management: Manage time-sensitive targets.

Requirements:

  • Driving Licence: Essential
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently in English, both verbal and written.
  • Experience: Recent experience within a 5-star hotel or a similar role.
  • Service Mindset: Enthusiasm and commitment to delivering and offering the best service and experiences possible in any situation.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Proven track record of surprising and delighting guests to provide exceptional service.
  • Teamwork: Able to work within a team.
  • Multitasking: Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • Attention to Detail: To be detail-oriented.
