Job Title: Evening Room Attendant

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Evening Room Attendant to join our team at Raffles London. As an Evening Room Attendant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional evening service, ensuring the cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms and corridors to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide turn down service following hotel procedures.
  • Deliver service in a timely manner and according to guest preferences.
  • Support morning shift with cleaning duties.
  • Maintain cleaning equipment in good working condition.
  • Report any loss or damage to linen, furniture, fixtures, or equipment to supervisor.
  • Use the right cleaning chemicals on all surfaces as per standards.
  • Ensure service area is well-stocked with necessary products and cleaned at all times.
  • Report issues such as equipment and light bulb damage promptly to supervisor or department manager.
  • Perform all duties with care towards our guests, ensuring utmost guest satisfaction.
  • Interact with guests in a caring, respectful, and positive manner.
  • Perform other duties as required or assigned, including working in a different department or restaurant than usually assigned.
  • Maintain a clean and efficient floor section in line with Raffles standards and LQA.
  • Participate in daily departmental meetings.
  • Ensure uniform is clean and in good condition.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of providing high levels of service under pressure.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills, both written and spoken.
  • Understanding and willingness to contribute to a 24-hour operational schedule when required.
  • Enthusiasm and commitment to delivering and offering the best service and experiences possible in any situation.
  • Able to work within a team.
  • Professional and well-groomed.
  • Detail-oriented.
