Job Title: Evening Room Attendant

At Raffles London, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Evening Room Attendant to join our Rooms Department. As an Evening Room Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of service and cleanliness in our guest rooms and corridors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional evening service to our guests, including turn-down service and ensuring that all rooms are clean and well-maintained.
  • Work closely with the night Porter to provide all necessary supplies and amenities to guest rooms.
  • Maintain cleaning equipment and storage rooms to ensure an outstanding 5-star environment and seamless guest experience.
  • Report any loss or damage to linen, furniture, fixtures, or equipment to your Supervisor.
  • Use the right cleaning chemicals on all surfaces as per standards.
  • Ensure service areas are well-stocked with necessary products and cleaned at all times.
  • Report any issues, such as equipment or light bulb damage, promptly to your Supervisor or Department Manager.
  • Perform all duties with care towards our guests, ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction.
  • Interact with guests in a caring, respectful, and positive manner.
  • Perform other duties as required or assigned, including working in a different department or restaurant than usually assigned.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record of providing high levels of service under pressure.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills, both written and spoken.
  • An understanding and willingness to contribute to a 24-hour operational schedule when required.
  • Enthusiasm and commitment to delivering and offering the best service and experiences possible in any situation.
  • Able to work within a team.
  • Professional and well-groomed.
  • To be detail-oriented.
