Evening Room Attendant Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Evening Room Attendant to join our team at Raffles London at the OWO. As a key member of our Rooms Department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional evening service to our guests, ensuring their rooms and corridors are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide turn-down service to guests, adhering to hotel procedures and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Support the morning shift with cleaning duties when required.
  • Maintain cleaning equipment in good working condition and report any issues to the supervisor.
  • Use the correct cleaning chemicals on all surfaces, adhering to hotel standards.
  • Ensure service areas are well-stocked with necessary products and cleaned regularly.
  • Report any equipment or light bulb damage promptly to the supervisor or department manager.
  • Perform all duties with care and attention to detail, ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction.
  • Interact with guests in a caring, respectful, and positive manner.
  • Perform other duties as required or assigned, including working in a different department or restaurant.
  • Maintain a clean and efficient 5-Star floor section, adhering to Raffles standards and LQA.
  • Participate in the daily departmental meeting.
  • Ensure personal grooming and uniform standards are met, as per Raffles London guidelines.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of providing high levels of service under pressure.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills, both written and spoken.
  • An understanding and willingness to contribute to a 24-hour operational schedule when required.
  • Enthusiasm and commitment to delivering exceptional service and experiences.
  • Able to work within a team.
  • Professional and well-groomed.
  • Detail-oriented.

Working Arrangements:

This is a full-time position, with no remote work options.
