Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Experience: Manage the arrival and departure experience of our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Public Area Management: Oversee the management of public areas, including the lobby, reception, and other guest-facing spaces.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with the Valet team to ensure efficient parking and car retrieval services.
  • Problem-Solving: Anticipate and resolve guest issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

  • Driving License: Essential
  • Language Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently in English, both verbal and written.
  • Experience: Recent experience within a 5-star hotel or a similar role.
  • Skills: Enthusiasm and commitment to delivering exceptional service, ability to multitask, and remain calm under pressure.
  • Personality: Distinctive, professional, and warm personality.
