About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and charismatic Doorperson to join our Guest Experience team at Broadwick Soho. As a Doorperson, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will play a crucial role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.
  • Manage the front of house area, ensuring it is clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
  • Assist with luggage and chauffeur duties, providing a seamless and efficient experience for our guests.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Be available to solve problems and suggest alternatives to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in a luxury/lifestyle restaurant or bar or 5* luxury hotel operation.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively and work under pressure.
  • Great attention to detail and genuine passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Your charisma, individuality, and positive energy.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking with guests, colleagues, and the senior leadership team.
  • Able to work 40 hours per week, including late evenings and weekends.
