Job Title: Doorperson
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Doorperson to join our Raffles London at The OWO team. As a Doorperson, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences, managing the public areas of the hotel, and ensuring that all guests and colleagues have a positive and memorable stay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Experience: Promote positive colleague relations through an environment that encourages open communication, trust, mutual respect, and continuous feedback.
- Communication: Be an effective communicator, adhering to both legal/statutory responsibilities and Company Policies and procedures.
- Guest Management: Assist with managing guest experience throughout the guest journey.
- Teamwork: Communicate with staff and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Relationship Building: Build and develop good relationships with colleagues and guests.
- Time Management: Manage time-sensitive targets.
Requirements:
- Driving Licence: Essential
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently in English, both verbal and written.
- Experience: Recent experience within a 5-star hotel or a similar role.
- Service Mindset: Enthusiasm and commitment to delivering and offering the best service and experiences possible in any situation.
- Guest Satisfaction: Proven track record of surprising and delighting guests to provide exceptional service.
- Teamwork: Able to work within a team.
- Multitasking: Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Attention to Detail: To be detail-oriented.
- Personality: Distinctive, professional, and warm personality.
