Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Perform cleaning duties to the highest standards, ensuring all equipment and surfaces are clean and well-maintained.
  • Guest Service: Provide exceptional service to guests, responding to their requests and needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Teamwork: Work closely with the House Porter team to provide all necessary supplies and amenities to guest rooms.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all housekeeping and linen stores are well-maintained and cleaned, stacked according to shelf labels.
  • Technical Issues: Report any technical or engineering issues found in rooms or public areas to the HSK coordinator.
  • Guest Preferences: Report any guest preferences to the housekeeping supervisor/coordinator and act upon requests.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with colleagues, the floor team, and EE team as necessary.
  • Flexibility: Be flexible in working hours to meet business requirements.
  • Lost Property: Follow the lost property procedure.
  • Guest Interaction: Greet guests in a professional and polite manner, respecting their privacy.
Requirements
  • Service Experience: Proven track record of providing high levels of service under pressure.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and customer service skills, both written and spoken.
  • Flexibility: Ability to contribute to a 24-hour operational schedule when required.
