An outstanding opportunity awaits for a Valet Parking Attendant to become part of the Residences Department at Raffles London at The OWO.

Reporting to the Director of Residences, your role will encompass overseeing the collection, parking, and return of vehicles for residents and hotel guests, ensuring the secure management of keys and mileage logs, as well as maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of vehicles. This position will also provide exceptional concierge services to enhance the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely and promptly parking and retrieving vehicles for clients.
• Welcoming and assisting residents and their guests.
• Managing the valet podium efficiently.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the valet area.
• Communicating effectively with the Hotel and Residences concierge teams.
• Taking on additional responsibilities in the absence of a supervisor or senior staff member.
• Performing other duties as assigned, which may include working in different departments.

Candidate Profile:

• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional service under pressure.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to contribute to a 24-hour operational schedule as needed.
