Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Doorperson to join our team at Raffles London at The OWO. As a Doorperson, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that our hotel's public areas are well-managed and maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the arrival and departure experience of guests, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience.
  • Oversee the management of public areas, including the lobby, reception, and other high-traffic areas.
  • Support the Valet team with parking and retrieving cars.
  • Communicate effectively with staff and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Build and develop good relationships with colleagues and guests.
  • Manage time-sensitive targets and priorities.

Requirements:

  • Driving license essential.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently in English, both verbal and written.
  • Recent experience within a 5-star hotel or a similar role.
  • Enthusiasm and commitment to delivering and offering the best service and experiences possible in any situation.
  • Proven track record of surprising and delighting guests to provide exceptional service.
  • Able to work within a team.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • To be detail-oriented.
  • Distinctive, professional, and warm personality.
