Clinical Administrator at Schoen Clinic

The Clinical Administrator at Schoen Clinic will deliver a professional reception and administrative support service to both patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome patients, visitors, consultants, and team members at the reception area.
  • Oversee the management of incoming and outgoing correspondence and deliveries.
  • Address inquiries and redirect them as necessary.
  • Handle phone communications, direct questions, and relay messages.
  • Document minutes during meetings and coordinate room reservations.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees on IT platforms and oversee petty cash management.
  • Maintain the reception area, replenish resources, and track inventory.
  • Ensure adherence to Health and Safety standards.
  • Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
