As a Healthcare Administrative Coordinator, your role will encompass providing executive support to the Clinic Director while also delivering administrative assistance to medical professionals.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing clinic schedules and appointments
  • Overseeing billing processes and addressing inquiries from patients and their families
  • Handling compliance-related tasks, including policy revisions and ensuring adherence to regulations
  • Conducting financial management and bookkeeping activities
  • Performing essential administrative duties such as data entry, invoicing, and maintaining records
  • Monitoring clinic operations and productivity, as well as managing facility upkeep

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Previous experience in a medical administrative role, such as Medical Secretary or Personal Assistant
