About the Role:

The Harley Street Wellbeing Centre is a leading outpatient service for Priory Healthcare, providing high-quality care to individuals in need. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Administrative Lead for Healthcare Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the site's administrative tasks and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Handle client referral pathways and coordinate with psychiatric consultants and psychotherapists.
  • Communicate with clients regarding referrals and appointments, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Manage client billing and ensure accurate financial records.
  • Ensure the site is open and closed efficiently, maintaining a secure and welcoming environment.
  • Perform front-of-house duties, including answering phones and responding to emails.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office space, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Work effectively under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective administrative systems and processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer-facing administration, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Knowledge of private medical administration is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work evenings and Saturdays, with flexibility to meet the needs of the service.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a methodical and thorough approach to work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
