With a history of sustained growth, Concerto is in search of a skilled and proactive Inbound Marketing Strategist to spearhead customer acquisition initiatives across various sectors. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing brand visibility and generating leads, overseeing a dynamic content calendar, and crafting multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive sales-qualified leads, opportunities, and meetings for the Sales Team.

Collaboration with the Sales Team will be essential to align marketing efforts with sales objectives. This role is hands-on, with responsibilities also encompassing project management, client interaction, and coordination with marketing partners. You will have a Sales & Marketing Assistant reporting directly to you, and as the department achieves success, there will be opportunities to expand the team.

This position is ideal for a creative and innovative marketing professional with over 5 years of experience in content marketing, SEO, social media, email marketing, Google Analytics, and PPC management.

  • Develop inbound marketing strategies to achieve marketing objectives and drive sales growth.
  • Create and manage a content calendar aimed at attracting a targeted audience through various formats (blogs, whitepapers, e-books, reports, webinars, infographics, podcasts, etc.). Emphasis on technology and automation is expected.
  • Generate leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by optimizing site traffic through calls-to-action, user experience strategies, and lead generation content.
  • Utilize HubSpot CRM and Marketing Module to automate customer journeys and leverage data for remarketing.
  • Produce engaging content for the content calendar, including blogs, newsletters, case studies, and social media posts.
  • Manage social media communities through publishing, monitoring, engagement, and community building.
  • Collaborate with agencies to develop a robust SEO and PPC strategy, enhancing lead quality and quantity.
  • Oversee external agencies as needed.
  • Establish analytics with sales to understand how inbound marketing efforts convert into customers, continually refining processes for improvement.
  • Conduct research on customers, competitors, and products.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing, SEO, social media, email marketing, Google Analytics, and PPC management.
  • Extensive experience using HubSpot for managing marketing campaigns and reporting on their effectiveness.
  • Experience in directing website SEO and SEM initiatives.
  • A high level of creativity, meticulous attention to detail, and exceptional writing skills.
  • Proficiency in utilizing technology for efficient and effective work.
  • Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Experience in defining and executing inbound marketing strategies.
  • Social media community management experience for B2B clients.
  • Excellent communication skills and a creative mindset, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and blogging software to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads, and nurture them into customers.
