Your New Role

As a key member of R3vamp Limited's administration team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warranty and mechanical breakdown services across Europe. With over 40 years of experience in the automotive and insurance sector, we are a leading organisation in our field, operating in 9 European markets.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Responding professionally and within a targeted timeframe to all inbound inquiries, working closely with subscribers to ensure that all details are accurate and GDPR-compliant.
  • Opening and managing claims files for authorization.
  • Handling inbound calls by identifying the caller's needs, providing relevant information, or transferring the call as appropriate, and offering clear explanations regarding claim validations.
  • Ensuring all payment requests are processed to completion.
  • Resolving issues effectively, escalating them when necessary, and logging all types of dissatisfaction to address recurring concerns.

Throughout these tasks, you will be expected to work collaboratively with your team, promoting a positive and cooperative work environment.

Ensuring Your Success

The role requires a strong understanding of claims management operations and experience in process development and product management. You should have the ability to listen to and empathise with customers, demonstrating integrity, reliability, and accountability in all interactions. Proficiency in general PC skills and experience with MS Office are essential. You will be expected to promote and support the company's values consistently. Fluency in English is required, and additional language skills are a plus.
