Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a Cloud Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting our clients' cloud infrastructure needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and manage Microsoft Cloud Environment, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Document cloud environment through a process of continual improvement, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Perform tenant-to-tenant migrations using 3rd party tools, ensuring seamless transitions.
  • Proactively monitor and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure, identifying and resolving issues promptly.
  • Develop and implement disaster recovery plans, ensuring business continuity.
  • Collaborate with security personnel to implement and enforce security policies.
  • Provide technical support and training to internal teams, ensuring they are equipped to handle cloud-related tasks.
  • Escalate complex issues to IT Service Desk Manager, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Contribute to the planning and implementation of multiple projects, leveraging cloud expertise.
Requirements
  • System analysis, capacity planning, testing, and troubleshooting knowledge.
  • Experience with AD, DNS, DHCP, DFS, GPO, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
  • Tenant migration expertise.
  • Cloud-based technologies, O365, Exchange Online, and Azure knowledge.
  • O365 skills, including usage, licensing, and administration.
  • ITIL knowledge, including change, problem, and incident management.
  • Extensive knowledge of key infrastructure elements.
