About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Marketing Campaign Manager to join our team at Bellrock Property and Facilities Management. As a key member of our Sales and Marketing Department, you will be responsible for developing and executing inbound marketing strategies to drive sales growth and increase brand awareness.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content marketing, SEO, social media, email marketing, Google Analytics, and PPC management. You will be responsible for creating and implementing a content calendar, generating leads, and working closely with the Sales Team to ensure marketing activity and sales goals are aligned.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute inbound marketing strategies to meet marketing targets and achieve sales growth
  • Create and manage a content calendar that attracts a targeted audience
  • Generate leads through calls-to-action, UX strategies, and lead generation content
  • Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM, Marketing, and Content Module
  • Write and develop engaging content for the content calendar, including blogs, newsletters, case studies, and social media posts
  • Manage social media community and create engaging content
  • Work with agencies to create a strong SEO and PPC strategy
  • Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how inbound marketing activity turns into customers
  • Conduct customer, competitor, and product research

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in content marketing, SEO, social media, email marketing, Google Analytics, and PPC management
  • Significant experience using HubSpot to manage marketing campaigns and report on their success
  • Experience directing website SEO and SEM initiatives
  • High level of creativity, attention to detail, and impeccable writing skills
  • Excellent use of technology to work efficiently and effectively
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Experience defining and executing inbound marketing strategies
  • Social media community management experience for B2B clients
  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with the ability to use data to inform decisions
