Marketing Manager

Join Matched Group as a Marketing Manager and play a key role in developing and executing a go-to-market strategy for Managed Services. As a member of our team, you will work closely with the Director of Managed Services to identify, package, and take to market new managed service propositions. Your responsibilities will include creating and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote services and enhance brand visibility, planning and executing marketing events, webinars, and trade shows to showcase services, and overseeing the creation of high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, case studies, blogs, and social media content.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for Managed Services
  • Work closely with the Director of Managed Services to identify, package, and take to market new managed service propositions
  • Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote services and enhance brand visibility
  • Plan and execute marketing events, webinars, and trade shows to showcase services
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, case studies, blogs, and social media content
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media
  • Monitor and analyze performance to optimize campaigns and improve ROI
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales and operations, to align marketing efforts with business objectives
Requirements
  • 3 years' B2B marketing experience in the UK
  • Ideal understanding of the IT industry, especially Managed Services
  • Natural problem solver with high levels of creativity
  • Highly personable with a natural ability to establish, build, and maintain trust with colleagues, customers, and suppliers
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to work independently to self-set deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport instantly
  • UK driving license
