Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor. As a key member of our inbound customer service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries and concerns
    • Resolve customer issues in a professional and courteous manner
    • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational performance
  • Communication
    • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery
    • Active listening and questioning skills to diagnose customer issues
  • Problem-Solving
    • Analyze customer data and system information to resolve issues
    • Investigate and interpret data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Product Knowledge
    • Stay up-to-date with product information and marketing initiatives
    • Promote products and services to customers in line with marketing input
  • Performance Management
    • Monitor and review own performance statistics to identify areas for improvement
    • Take responsibility for personal development and continuous learning

Working Hours

We offer a full-time position with 37 hours per week, working a variety of shifts including weekends. Our rota is published 6 weeks in advance to ensure you have a clear understanding of your working schedule.

Pay and Benefits

You will be paid £13.60 per hour, paid weekly every Friday. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including opportunities for career development and growth.
