About the Role:
The Internal Sales Representative will be responsible for selling a range of manufactured bathroom products to bathroom retailers and plumbing & heating merchants. This will involve:
- Processing orders that come in promptly and accurately
- Making outbound marketing calls to new and existing customers
- Increasing stock holding branches and creating product awareness
- Dealing with typical order values of approximately £300
- Meeting KPIs set by the team lead: activities logged, calls, orders processed, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Selling into bathroom retailers and plumbing & heating merchants
- Dealing with inbound enquiries via telephone, email, and web queries
- Processing orders that come in promptly and accurately
- Making outbound marketing calls to new and existing customers
- Increasing stock holding branches and creating product awareness
Requirements:
- Must have sales or customer service experience, ideally within the B2B sector
- Ideally experience within the bathroom industry, however this is not essential
- Inquisitive nature, chatty and confident phone manner
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Energy and enthusiasm
- Professional, organised and driven
- Takes ownership and responsibility
