About the Role:

The Internal Sales Representative will be responsible for selling a range of manufactured bathroom products to bathroom retailers and plumbing & heating merchants. This will involve:

  • Processing orders that come in promptly and accurately
  • Making outbound marketing calls to new and existing customers
  • Increasing stock holding branches and creating product awareness
  • Dealing with typical order values of approximately £300
  • Meeting KPIs set by the team lead: activities logged, calls, orders processed, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Selling into bathroom retailers and plumbing & heating merchants
  • Dealing with inbound enquiries via telephone, email, and web queries
  • Processing orders that come in promptly and accurately
  • Making outbound marketing calls to new and existing customers
  • Increasing stock holding branches and creating product awareness

Requirements:

  • Must have sales or customer service experience, ideally within the B2B sector
  • Ideally experience within the bathroom industry, however this is not essential
  • Inquisitive nature, chatty and confident phone manner
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Energy and enthusiasm
  • Professional, organised and driven
  • Takes ownership and responsibility
