Job Title: Internal Sales Representative - Bathroom Products

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Internal Sales Representative to join our team at Mitchell Maguire. As an Internal Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling a range of manufactured bathroom products to bathroom retailers and plumbing & heating merchants.

Key Responsibilities:

* Sell a range of manufactured bathroom products, including baths, basins, furniture, showers, shower trays, brassware, sanitaryware, taps, sinks, urinals, heating, mirrors, vanity units, and accessories

* Split your time between inbound queries and pro-active outbound calls, with a focus on increasing stock holding branches and creating product awareness

* Deal with inbound enquiries via telephone, email, and web queries

* Process orders promptly and accurately

* Make outbound marketing calls to new and existing customers

* Meet KPIs set by the team lead, including activities logged, calls, orders processed, etc.

Requirements:

* Must have sales or customer service experience, ideally within the B2B sector

* Ideally experience within the bathroom industry, although this is not essential

* Inquisitive nature, chatty, and confident phone manner

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

* Energy and enthusiasm

* Professional, organised, and driven

* Takes ownership and responsibility
