Complete Roofing Systems Ltd is a leading roofing and cladding company seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound calls and email activity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve high levels of outbound calls and relevant email activity to potential new customers.
  • Research potential sales opportunities via online research and other methods.
  • Identify and qualify leads, and make initial contact to secure meetings for our Business Development Manager.
  • Follow up on outgoing tenders with clients and update the sales team as necessary.
  • Liaise with various teams, including estimating, business development, and management.
  • Manage and own the internal CRM system.
  • Stay up-to-date with product and service information.
  • Support the sales team and assist with various tasks.
  • Generate sales reports and present to the team during sales meetings.
Requirements
  • No construction experience necessary, but would be advantageous.
  • Previous B2B outbound sales experience.
  • Proven experience of working to KPIs and reporting to management.
  • Strong lead qualification skills.
  • Robust and tenacious approach.
  • Ability to work to deadlines.
  • Demonstrated resilience.
  • Proactive, driven, and confident individual.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise own workload.
  • A positive, outgoing person with passion, energy, and excellence in execution.
  • Strong and timely communication and response times.
  • IT literate and confident in using a range of programmes, including Microsoft Office products.
Benefits
  • Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm (4pm finish on the last Friday of every month).
  • £24,000 to £27,000 basic salary.
