Inbound Marketing Lead

With consistent growth, Concerto is on the lookout for a skilled and proactive Inbound Marketing Lead to spearhead customer acquisition initiatives across diverse market segments. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing brand visibility and generating qualified leads, overseeing a dynamic content calendar, and orchestrating multichannel marketing campaigns aimed at producing sales-qualified leads, opportunities, and appointments for the Sales Team.

Your collaboration with the Sales Team will be crucial to ensure that marketing initiatives align with sales objectives. This role is hands-on, with responsibilities that include project management, client interaction, and coordination with marketing partners. You will directly supervise a Sales & Marketing Assistant, with the potential to expand the team as the department achieves success.

This position is ideal for a creative and innovative marketing professional with over 5 years of experience, particularly in content marketing, SEO, social media, email marketing, Google Analytics, and PPC management.

  • Develop inbound marketing strategies to meet targets and drive sales growth.
  • Create and manage a content calendar designed to engage a targeted audience through various formats (blog posts, whitepapers, e-books, reports, webinars, infographics, podcasts, etc.). We expect a focus on technology and automation.
  • Generate leads by converting website traffic through effective calls-to-action, user experience strategies, and lead generation content.
  • Utilize HubSpot CRM and Marketing Module to automate customer journeys and leverage data for remarketing.
  • Craft engaging content for our content calendar, including blogs, newsletters, case studies, and social media posts.
  • Manage social media communities by publishing, monitoring, engaging, and building community.
  • Collaborate with agencies to develop a robust SEO and PPC strategy, enhancing lead quality and quantity.
  • Oversee external agency partnerships as necessary.
  • Establish analytics to understand how inbound marketing efforts convert into customers, continually refining processes for improvement.
  • Conduct research on customers, competitors, and products.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing, SEO, social media, email marketing, Google Analytics, and PPC management.
  • Extensive experience with HubSpot for managing marketing campaigns and reporting on their effectiveness.
  • Expertise in directing website SEO and SEM initiatives.
  • A high level of creativity, meticulous attention to detail, and exceptional writing skills.
  • Proficiency in technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Strong project management capabilities to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Experience in defining and executing inbound marketing strategies.
  • Experience in social media community management for B2B clients.
  • Excellent communication skills and a creative mindset, utilizing data to inform decisions.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and blogging software to drive traffic, convert visitors into leads, and nurture them into customers.
