Job Description:

Nobul Resourcing Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to join their growing organisation. This is an exciting role where you will be responsible for leading their UK Marketing operations and playing a pivotal role, working closely with their leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Implementation: Drive marketing, advertising, and promotional activities through the most effective channels, leveraging industry trends and best practices.
  • Online Presence: Manage and enhance our website using content management systems, ensuring a seamless user experience and optimal search engine rankings.
  • Brand Development: Create innovative strategies to boost brand awareness, leveraging social media, content marketing, and other digital channels.
  • Creative Oversight: Prepare and manage catalogues and brochures that capture attention, showcasing our products and services in a compelling and visually appealing way.
  • Collaborative Partnerships: Work alongside professional services and support teams to explore licensing and partnership opportunities, driving business growth and expansion.
  • Budget Management: Develop and control the marketing budget, ensuring financial efficiency and optimal ROI.
  • Event Representation: Represent our company at key exhibitions and events, showcasing our products and services to industry professionals and thought leaders.
  • Performance Reporting: Deliver insightful monthly marketing reviews and reports to stakeholders, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Sales Support: Assist the Sales Director in ensuring top-notch customer-facing activities, driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager in the manufacturing industry or a related field, with a strong track record of success.
  • Highly organized and efficient with exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Inspirational leader with a talent for motivating and supporting a marketing team, driving collaboration and innovation.
  • Skilled in executing strategic marketing campaigns and generating leads, with a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organizational abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A team player skilled at building relationships internally and externally, with a strong network of industry contacts and partners.
  • Experience in a senior marketing role within the manufacturing industry is highly desirable.
