About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing and Events Coordinator to join our team at UK Research and Innovation. As a key member of our Business and Innovation Directorate, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of our core mission to maximize our economic impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Support:
    • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events, ensuring seamless logistics and vendor management.
    • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure smooth event operations and excellent attendee experiences.
  • Marketing Activities:
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies, aligning with our business objectives.
    • Create and manage engaging content, including social media posts, blog articles, and email newsletters.
    • Design and produce marketing materials, such as brochures, posters, and presentations.
    • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing data-driven insights for improvement.
  • Partner Initiatives:
    • Support initiatives managed on behalf of partners, such as the European Space Agency and CERN.
    • Coordinate with partners to align marketing and event activities with their goals and objectives.
  • Communication:
    • Act as a point of contact for event participants, stakeholders, and partners, providing excellent customer service and support.
    • Prepare reports and presentations to showcase the impact of our initiatives and events.
