Job Description:
Nobul Resourcing Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to join their growing organisation. This is an exciting role where you will be responsible for leading their UK Marketing operations and playing a pivotal role, working closely with their leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Marketing: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.
- Online Presence: Manage and enhance the company's website using content management systems, ensuring a strong online presence and user experience.
- Brand Development: Create innovative strategies to boost brand awareness and establish the company as a thought leader in the industry.
- Creative Oversight: Prepare and manage marketing materials, including catalogues and brochures, that capture attention and engage target audiences.
- Collaborative Partnerships: Work closely with professional services and support teams to explore licensing and partnership opportunities that drive business growth.
- Budget Management: Develop and control the marketing budget, ensuring financial efficiency and effective use of resources.
- Event Representation: Represent the company at key exhibitions and events, showcasing their products and services to potential customers.
- Performance Reporting: Deliver insightful monthly marketing reviews and reports to stakeholders, providing valuable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Sales Support: Assist the Sales Director in ensuring top-notch customer-facing activities, driving sales growth and revenue.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager in the manufacturing industry or a related field.
- Highly organized and efficient with exceptional attention to detail.
- Inspirational leader with a talent for motivating and supporting a marketing team.
- Skilled in executing strategic marketing campaigns and generating leads.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player skilled at building relationships internally and externally.
- Experience in a senior marketing role within the manufacturing industry is highly desirable.
