About the Role

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Marketing Executive to join their team. As a key member of the marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.
  • Campaign Management: Lead the creation, execution, and optimization of multichannel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the development of high-quality marketing content, including blog posts, social media posts, and email newsletters.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within Technology / IT Services.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Proven Track Record: Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Digital Marketing Tools: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, social media management tools).
  • Analytical Mindset: Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative Thinking: Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
