About the Role

LUMIFIL is seeking a highly driven and creative individual to join our team as a Marketing and Branding Lead. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, managing brand identity, and overseeing public relations activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans to drive brand awareness and market positioning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Manage and maintain brand identity across all digital platforms.
  • Oversee public relations activities to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation.
  • Work closely with the sales team to suggest and implement online promotions and brand awareness events.
  • Collaborate with the graphic design team to deliver digital brand excellence on all social media platforms.
  • Work with customer service to push consistent brand ethics and messages throughout all customer communications.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
Requirements
  • Experience in marketing, branding, or related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant field.
  • Ideally a knowledge of aesthetics, medics, or cosmetic sales/products.
