Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and creative Brand Marketing Lead to join our team at LUMIFIL. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and market positioning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans to increase brand visibility and engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness and market positioning
  • Manage brand identity and oversee public relations activities
  • Work closely with the sales team to suggest and implement online promotions and brand awareness events
  • Deliver digital brand excellence on all social media platforms
  • Work with customer service to push consistent brand ethics and messages throughout all customer communications
  • Contribute to wider brand and sales growth strategies both in the UK and internationally

Requirements

  • Experience in marketing, branding, or a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute marketing campaigns
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field
  • Ideal knowledge of aesthetics, medicine, or cosmetic sales/products
