Job Description

Job Title: Marketing Campaigns Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Marketing Campaigns Lead to join our team at Soldo. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing strategic brand campaigns targeting our B2B clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and conversion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Solutions Marketing, Content Creation, and Digital Marketing, to ensure campaign alignment and success
  • Manage and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments as needed
  • Work closely with Marketing Operations to monitor and optimize campaign performance
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our target audience, market trends, and competitor activity
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing technologies, tools, and methodologies, applying them to improve campaign performance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
  • Proven experience in campaign management, with a strong track record of successful campaign planning and execution
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Expert knowledge of Project Management tools, such as Asana or Airtable, and CRM systems, such as SalesForce
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze campaign performance data and make data-backed recommendations
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including email marketing, social media, and content marketing
