To serve this ambition, we are looking for a dynamic marketing leader with agency experience to drive our global marketing campaigns, with a focus on Dedicated Running.
This role will report to the Senior Lead of Marketing Campaigns for Running, Outdoor, and Young Movers.It will involve leading global marketing campaigns, supported by a Senior Specialist, in collaboration with our creative studio, channels, and regional stakeholders.

- Lead the development and execution of complex Global Marketing Campaigns focused on Dedicated Running, from briefing to delivery. Ensuring each campaign resonates with our communities and achieves our strategic objectives.
- Foster collaboration with creative and crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment and cohesion, leveraging the expertise of each department to maximize the impact of our campaigns.
- Guide and mentor your team to help them reach their full potential currently one direct report.
- Monitor campaign performance and metrics rigorously, utilizing datadriven insights to continuously optimize and refine our strategies for maximum effectiveness.
- Proactively identify and address potential challenges or roadblocks, demonstrating agility and resourcefulness in finding solutions that maintain momentum and deliver exceptional outcomes.
- Own the project management of campaigns, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Represent our run communities, ensuring each campaign resonates and achieves our strategic objectives.
- A minimum of 57 years of experience in Campaign Management within a creative advertising agency, coupled with proven leadership experience, is required for this role.

- You have a strong understanding of 360 marketing campaigns.
- You have a passion for running and the communities driving its evolution.

- Ability to meet tight timelines, prioritize tasks, and find solutions without compromising quality or positivity.
- Exceptional initiative, attention to detail, and followthrough skills while keeping sight of the bigger picture.

- Fluent in English
- Proficiency in Asana and Google Workspace is a plus
