About the Role
Priory Medical Group is seeking a skilled and compassionate Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Receiving patients warmly and efficiently, checking in patients arriving for appointments, and making appointments as needed.
- Answering telephone calls professionally and making appointments, taking and issuing prescription requests, and relaying messages to medical staff.
- Retrieving information from within the surgery and obtaining information from other organizations as required.
- Preparing necessary forms for medical procedures and ensuring consulting rooms are ready for use.
- Securing the premises safely when the surgery is closed.

- Teamwork and collaboration.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- IT literacy and proficiency.
