Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Patient Care: Oversee the delivery of high-quality patient care, ensuring that all patients receive the best possible support and treatment.
  • Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals: Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
  • Develop Care Plans: Create and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Provide Clinical Support: Assist with clinical tasks and procedures, ensuring that patients receive the best possible care.
  • Ensure Patient Safety: Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients, adhering to all relevant policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: A good standard of education, ideally NVQ level 2 or equivalent.
  • Experience: A minimum of 12 months experience working as an HCA in an inpatient environment.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Knowledge: An awareness of NICE guidelines and treatment of eating disorders, as well as knowledge of MHA and MCA.
