Job Description

Job Title: Patient Service Operative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team on the Acute Medical Unit. As a Patient Service Operative, you will play a vital role in supporting the nursing team to deliver high-quality patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with food service, including organizing patient menus, preparing and serving meals, and feeding patients as required.
  • Support with cleaning schedules and ensure patient bed spaces are ready for changeover.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
