We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our UKI Chinese Category department. This role will involve building strong relationships with high-performing Chinese restaurants to drive growth and profitability in the UKI market. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the Chinese Category excels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with Chinese restaurant partners
  • Utilize analytical skills to identify growth opportunities and drive business results
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and excellent customer service
  • Prospect, pitch, and close deals to drive revenue growth
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure restaurant success and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Mandarin (Cantonese a plus)
  • Proven commercial acumen and experience in account management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Passionate about the food industry and delivering exceptional customer experiences
