Join Our Team: Technical Support Specialist (1st Line Assistance)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients seeking technical support.
  • Deliver prompt and professional 1st line assistance through the helpdesk platform.
  • Identify and resolve hardware, software, and network challenges.
  • Engage in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and equipment.
  • Oversee and track support inquiries, ensuring timely updates and effective communication with clients.
  • Refer complex issues to higher support tiers when necessary.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.

Essential Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
  • Experience with Active Directory
  • Familiarity with Windows 10/11
  • Basic hardware knowledge (PCs, printers, peripherals)
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
