We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Technical Support Specialist to join our team at In Technology Group. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our clients, ensuring their IT needs are met with efficiency and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person, resolving technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, escalating complex problems to higher-level support teams as needed.
- Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and systems, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Log and track support requests, providing timely updates and communication to clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring our IT support services meet the highest standards.
Requirements:
- Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, Windows 10/11, and basic hardware knowledge (PCs, printers, peripherals).
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP) and remote desktop tools.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a customer-centric approach.
