Job Overview

We are looking for a Corporate Development Manager to enhance our internal team. This position is exclusively internal and does not involve recruitment for external clients. This essential role is dedicated to expanding the client portfolio of International Recruiting LLC by building and nurturing strong relationships with HR departments of both prospective and current clients. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, negotiate agreements for recruitment projects, and guarantee client satisfaction through exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform market analysis to pinpoint potential clients that align with our strategic goals.
  • Actively pursue new business opportunities and onboard new clients through various channels, including advertising, online research, outreach emails, calls, industry publications, conferences, networking events, referrals, and existing connections.
  • Negotiate terms and finalize contracts directly with clients to fulfill their recruitment needs.
  • Establish and sustain strong client relationships, understanding their specific hiring needs and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Work closely with our recruitment team to communicate client requirements and assist in delivering top-quality candidates.
  • Enhance our market presence by clearly articulating our strengths, expertise, and unique selling points.
  • Track and evaluate performance to achieve and surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline; equivalent experience may also be considered.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B business development, ideally within recruitment agencies, in-house HR, or the biotech sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage significant projects and maintain key accounts, particularly with high-profile industry clients.
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Outstanding negotiation and communication skills, with a proactive mindset.

Compensation

Competitive base salary plus commission, commensurate with experience and industry standards.
