Regional Business Developer Opportunity

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Business Developer to join our team at Coastal Group. As a Regional Business Developer, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in the North of Scotland region, focusing on markets A and B.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure consistent sales growth and revenue targets are met.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region to maximize sales potential.
  • Collaborate with the internal business development team to support sales efforts and resolve field issues.
  • Conduct site visits and provide support to the Sales and Support team as needed.

**Requirements**

  • Previous experience in a similar sales role, preferably in field sales.
  • Pipeline development and management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of sales strategies and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
