Business Growth Manager

This is a pivotal position within our organization, responsible for driving business growth and development in the North East/Scotland region. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a central role in expanding our customer base and increasing sales revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, including franchised dealer groups, independents, and manufacturers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your network and industry connections to drive growth.
- Collaborate with the Key Account Manager and Team Lead to develop and implement sales strategies that meet or exceed targets.
- Conduct regular account reviews to analyze customer interactions and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and execute plans to increase retailer sales and expand our customer base.
- A competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000, with uncapped OTE of £55,000 - £65,000.
- A £550 monthly car allowance and £250 annual wellbeing allowance.
