About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Growth Manager to join our team at Psixty Recruitment Ltd. As a Business Growth Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business through face-to-face, telephone sales, and networking.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, cold calling, and networking.
  • Client Acquisition: Build relationships with decision-makers across various industries and seniority levels to secure new business.
  • Business Development: Work closely with our sales development team to ensure seamless lead generation and conversion.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with our team to share best practices, provide guidance, and support to ensure collective success.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, with a minimum of 15 meetings per month.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree-level education or equivalent.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas.
  • Autonomy: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel throughout the UK for business meetings and networking events.
