Position Overview
We are looking for a Corporate Development Manager to enhance our internal team. This position is focused on internal business growth and does not involve recruitment for external clients. This essential role is dedicated to expanding the client portfolio of International Recruiting LLC by establishing and nurturing strong partnerships with HR departments of both prospective and current client organizations. The ideal candidate will identify new business prospects, negotiate project agreements, and guarantee client satisfaction through exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough market analysis to pinpoint potential clients that align with our strategic goals.
- Actively pursue new business opportunities and onboard new clients through diverse channels including advertising, online research, outreach via emails and calls, industry publications, conferences, networking events, referrals, and leveraging existing relationships.
- Negotiate terms and finalize agreements directly with clients to fulfill their recruitment requirements.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships, gaining insights into their specific hiring needs and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Work closely with our recruitment team to communicate client needs and assist in delivering top-tier candidates.
- Enhance our market presence by clearly articulating our strengths, expertise, and unique selling points.
- Track and evaluate performance metrics to achieve and surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline; relevant experience may also be taken into account.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B business development, ideally within recruitment agencies, in-house HR departments, or the biotech sector.
- Demonstrated ability to manage substantial projects and maintain key accounts, particularly with high-profile industry clients.
- Ability to work autonomously in an entrepreneurial setting.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, coupled with a proactive mindset.
This position is focused on internal business growth and does not involve recruitment for external clients.
Compensation
Competitive base salary plus commission, commensurate with experience and industry standards.
Job Location Remote positions available in various regions.
