Our Business Development Managers play a crucial role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect for and engage new business clients to consult on Tax Incentive & Innovation Tax claims with HMRC.
  • Conduct market research and targeted outreach to potential clients, leveraging industry trends and developments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with CFOs, tax directors, and other decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and services are delivered in a timely and effective manner.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, tracking leads and opportunities, and documenting all sales activities in the company's CRM system.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients and stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the R&D tax consulting industry or a related field.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
