About the Role:
The Cigna Group is seeking a highly motivated and strategic thinker to join our team as a Broker Sales Effectiveness Manager. This key role will play a crucial part in driving business growth across the global broker channel.
As a Broker Sales Effectiveness Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize areas for growth, develop broker sales strategies, and drive performance across the global broker channel. Your primary focus will be on supporting delivery of annual plan and revenue targets through enhanced broker commission arrangements, override agreements, and specific initiatives in key markets.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong business acumen, with the ability to derive recommendations from data analysis. You should be a self-driven individual with excellent communication skills, able to clearly convey complex ideas and plans. Additionally, you will have a global mindset, strong execution discipline, customer focus, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to prioritize multiple projects and responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive performance across the global broker channel by implementing sales planning and forecasting processes in conjunction with finance and actuarial stakeholders.
- Develop and implement broker sales incentive programs to increase energy and performance among broker sales teams.
- Collaborate with regional broker sales teams and strategy and market development teams to develop broker sales strategies supported by customer insights, data, and travel corridor analysis.
- Produce consolidated global broker sales plans, including detailed sales plans at a regional level.
- Work with finance and actuarial teams to provide a data-led strategic approach to the global broker growth agenda.
