Business Intake Coordinator

The Business Intake Coordinator plays a crucial role in the evaluation, modification, and management of all incoming client requests, new matter setups, revisions, and conflict searches utilizing the Firm's automated business intake platform. Serving as the primary liaison for new inquiries, this position demands exceptional organizational abilities and the capacity to manage extensive litigation and restructuring-related responsibilities. The Business Intake Coordinator collaborates with various team members and legal professionals, ensuring that all intake requests are handled promptly and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and gather details on new requests for information searches, new clients, and new matters.
  • Support research, analysis, and documentation of significant litigations and restructuring cases.
  • Oversee data cleanup initiatives and respond to specific client and matter information inquiries.
  • Work alongside team members to resolve time-sensitive challenges and deliver precise information in a timely manner.
  • Manage departmental email communications and represent the Business Intake and Conflicts team professionally.
  • Ensure adherence to all intake requests awaiting action by the relevant parties.
  • Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards while updating internal and external information repositories.
  • Direct unidentifiable materials and inquiries to the appropriate departments with professionalism.
  • Assist in processing new client and new matter documentation, and suggest technological and procedural enhancements.
  • Act as a technical and training resource for end-users and new team members.
  • Be available for urgent matters and special projects as assigned.
